Partial Hospitalization Program
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals who need more intensive care than an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), but who don’t require round-the-clock supervision like in a residential rehab setting. PHP typically involves more frequent visits and sessions each week, mirroring the commitment seen in inpatient programs—while still allowing patients the freedom to live at home or in a sober living environment.
PHP is an ideal next step for those who have completed rehab or residential treatment but aren't quite ready to fully return to daily life. It serves as a bridge between inpatient care and full independence, providing continued therapeutic support while helping patients slowly re-integrate into their routines. With the balance of structure and flexibility, PHP empowers individuals to build stability and confidence as they move forward in their recovery journey.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
A Flexible, Supportive Step Forward
At Redemption, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is our second-highest level of care, created to help you transition smoothly from our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) back into everyday life.
IOP is ideal for individuals who are ready to step down from full-time care but still need structure, guidance, and support as they rebuild their routines. This program allows you to maintain personal responsibilities—like work, school, or family—while continuing your recovery journey.
What’s Included in IOP:

3 hours of group therapy per day

1 hour of individual therapy per week

Up to 30 hours of case management services per week (or as needed)

1 hour of medication management with our certified nurse practitioner every two weeks (or as directed)

Outpatient Program (OP)
Continued Support, On Your Terms
Our Outpatient Program (OP) is the final step in our continuum of care at Redemption—designed to keep you connected, supported, and empowered as you navigate life after more intensive treatment.
This level of care is ideal for individuals who have returned to work, school, or home life but still benefit from regular therapeutic support. Whether you're building on your progress or simply need a safe space to stay grounded, our OP offers a flexible and encouraging path forward.
What to Expect in OP:
